City-Run Arts & Entertainment Department: A little over a year ago, the City of Bloomington made a strategic decision to establish a dedicated Arts & Entertainment department, overseeing both the BCPA and the arena. This marks the first time the arena is being run by City employees, signaling a new era for the cultural and entertainment hub.
